Want to see a property?  Just let us
know the address and a time that
is convenient for you.  We will be
there to show it you.

In order to familiarize yourself with the home buying
process, we have outlined the chain of events that is
characteristic of buying a home.  We have also
included a few pointers for your benefit.

  1. Line up your financing - Having your financing in
place before you begin your search for homes is
paramount in giving you the capability to write
    a contract with ease.
  2. Educate Yourself - We understand that buying a
home can feel like unfamiliar territory.  In order
to make sure you are 100% comfortable with the
home buying process, we offer free One on One
educational sessions in order to acquaint you
    with real estate vocabulary.
  3. Locate the property- This is where the fun starts!
Your financing is in place, you're educated on
the real estate process, now we go out and find
a home that meets your criteria!
  4. Negotiate your price - You have found the house
of your dreams and now it's time to pull the
trigger on a contract.  Remember, the purchase
price for your home should be what the value is
to you and what the market demands, not what
    the asking price is.
  5. Due Diligence- You have made an offer and the
contract was accepted.  Now it's time to
perform your due diligence on the property. This
is typically done to inspect the property for any
defects.  If the inspection is to your satisfaction,
we may proceed with the contract.  If not, we
renegotiate the contract at your discretion.
  6. Close and Congratulate! - If all goes well, you
close and receive the keys to  your new home!
    Woo-hoo!
